This cowl is crocheted in the round and uses a reversible double-layer stitch pattern which results in a two-in-one piece for your accessory collection. The stitches are worked into two lower rounds at the same time, making it fun and interesting to work up.

 Sock/Fingering Weight

RECOMMENDED YARN: Mechita by Malabrigo (100% Superwash Merino Wool; 100g/420yds): 1 Skein Main Color & 1 Skein CC (contrasting color).  Mechita is a single ply yarn, super soft merino yarn which is perfect for low abrasion items like cowls & hats.

RECOMMENDED YARN: Sock by Malabrigo (100% Superwash Merino Wool; 100g/440yds): 1 Skeins Main Color (MC) & 1 Skein Contrasting Color (CC).  Shown in colors Fortaleza & Sand Bank.  Sock is a multi-plied yarn that shows excellent stitch definition and does well in all garments.

SKILL LEVEL: Intermediate - carrying 2 colors throughout
