Loch Lomond is a beautiful tweed, 100% Scottish wool yarn, that comes in 20 beautiful, matching colors in a very exclusive quality. The Loch Lomond is spun as a carded yarn, which means it is very voluminous and at the same time has a great run length. It also has the colorful nubs that make tweeds so alluring. While luscious right off the skein (unwashed), something magical happens with washing when the fibers open up, or bloom. Perfect for sweaters, shawls, hats & blankets.
Loch Lomond is a 100% organic blend yarn that is certified by GOTS. GOTS certification requires that all stages of the production are ecologically, environmentally, and ethically sustainable (including animal welfare) from start to finish. The growing conditions, dye processes, waste water treatment, and fair and ethical working conditions must meet GOTS standards. GOTS is the only internationally recognized organic certification.

- If an item is backordered or discontinued at the manufacturer, we will let you know immediately! You may decide at this time whether to continue to place the original order, change the colors, or cancel the order.

- Please note that special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. We will give you detailed descriptions of colors so that you don't buy neon orange yarn unless you want to!
