The beautiful Flurries Cowl is found in Knitscene Winter 2017 as part of the Color Work patterns for the Intermediate Knitter. This 2 color Fair Isle project creates a long cowl that can be looped once or twice around your neck. Heather Zoppetti is a top tier designer, and her expertise shows in the precise instructions. Gorgeous snowflakes are created in bold squares that are offset by a field of neutral fleur de lis. This cowl begins with a provisional cast-on, then is worked in the round to form a long tube. The ends are grafted together using Kitchener stitch and the circular grafting method. Wonderful tutorials are provided in this magazine just for this pattern!
