Bear Wobblers by Cynthia Pilon Designs

This cute set of well-fed bears are ready for a long winter’s nap. Like all the wobblers, push them down, and they wobble back up by using internal weights (provided here) for maximum fun with children! The wobblers are knit in the round from the bottom up. Before they are closed at the top, an internal weight is installed, and they are stuffed with fiberfill. The ears, nose and arms are knit from purl bumps on the surface of the wobbler. The wobbler is then felted in a washing machine, with the eyes and nose embroidered post-felting.

DESIGNER RECOMMENDED YARN: Lamb's Pride Bulky by Brown Sheep Co. (85% USA Wool / 15% Mohair; 113g/125 yds: 1 Skein will make 1 small wobbler & 1 large wobbler. Shown in Sable. USA grown, milled & dyed. Mohair adds a shimmer and heathered effect to the yarn, plus a little fuzziness to the finished product.
ALTERNATE YARN: Chunky by Malabrigo (100% Merino Wool; 100g/104 yds): 1 Skein will make 2 small wobblers or 1 large wobbler. Beautiful variegated colors on super soft merino wool.
