Introducing Torzal, the newest yarn that showcases Malabrigo’s classic colorways in a fresh new perspective. The word torzal refers to “a twisting together of several strands or elements, turned and folded into one another like a thread”. A fitting name for a yarn that brings together multiple colors into a vibrant, richly textured strand.

This two-ply, sport-weight yarn, made from pure Superwash Merino wool, randomly blends multicolored tones throughout the strand. Its appearance evokes the charm of handspun yarn, offering our signature colorways in a more structured construction. The result is the softness you already know, paired with a vibrant and dynamic visual effect. The new base brings a completely new feel to familiar shades, creating a fabric with depth, movement, and subtle shifts of color that knitters and crocheters love.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS - For best results: Hand wash in cold water, gently squeeze out extra water by rolling in towel. Dry flat. Also machine washable when used with great care; we suggest always using a lingerie bag and the wool setting on your machine.

A note on Special Order Colors: You may select any current color from the Malabrigo catalog. Yarn Loop will verify its availability (in-stock or backordered) and the estimated arrival date via email.
