Prairie Spun DK is one of Brown Sheep Co's most versatile yarns–perfect for almost any type of project.  This 3-ply is popular for color work and wearing in garments perfect weight. 100% U.S. grown and spun yarn.

NEEDLE SIZE: 4-6 US / 3.5-4mm
GAUGE: 5.5 sts per inch / 2.3cm

Care instructions:  Hand wash in cool water with wool wash.  Rinse thoroughly, adding 1/8 cup white vinegar to the last clear rinse.  Roll gently in a towel to remove excess water (do not twist or ring), and lay flat to dry.  Press with cool iron if needed.  May also be dry cleaned.

A note on Special Orders: Prairie Spun is also available in center-pull balls.  Please use the PRE-ORDER to get the balls instead of skeins.  You may select any current color from the Brown Sheep catalog.  Yarn Loop will verify its availability (in-stock or backordered) and the estimated arrival date via email.  If an item is backordered, you will have the option to receive a full refund or to wait for the item.  There is no upcharge on Special Order colors.
