United is an organic blend of machine washable Lamb's Wool & Cotton yarn.  Enjoy the springiness of baby soft wool with the softness of cotton in 35 heathered colors. Perfect for almost every knitting and crochet project you can imagine. 

United is a 100% organic yarn that is from non mulesed sheep & meets all regulations by Oeko-Tex Standard 100, guaranteeing that every component from the label to the yarn fibers are 100% safe to humans and free of harmful substances.  United is also certified by GOTS.  The GOTS certification requires that all stages of the production are ecologically, environmentally, and ethically sustainable from start to finish. The growing conditions, dye processes, waste water treatment, and fair and ethical working conditions must meet GOTS standards.  For the ecologically minded consumer.

This yarn is interchangeable with Bio Balance by BC Garn.

KNITTING GAUGE: 5.75-6.5 sts per inch / 2.5cm
CROCHET GAUGE: 4-5 SC per inch / 2.5cm on US E4-7 / 3.5-4mm hooks

CARE INSTRUCTIONS - Machine wash in warm water or hand wash. Do no bleach.  Do not tumble dry. Use warm iron as necessary or dry clean.
