The Dancing Deer Hat & Mittens Set debuted on the cover of Knitscene Winter 2017 and remains a shop favorite even many years later. The Fair Isle colorwork hat includes an extra ribbed brim that is tucked under and stitched into place, providing extra warmth to the ears on cold, wintry days. Complete the ensemble with matching colorwork mittens in your favorite worsted weight wool yarn.
Kit includes pattern (printed pattern & pdf file) and selected yarn. Select between Hat & Mittens Kit or Hat Kit. Mittens and Hat pattern sold separately and can be purchased independently. KnitScene Magazine is out of print and is no longer available.

DESIGNER RECOMMENDED YARN: Ultra Wool by Berocco (100% Wool; 100g/219yds): Set: 2 Skeins Main Color (MC), 1 Skein each of Color A & Color B. Hat Only: 1 Skeins of each of 3 colors. Shown in colors Grey, Navy & Chili.
