So Faded (Cropped Version) by Andrea Mowry

This sweater is an ideal raglan pullover from the famed DreaReneeKnits designer, Andrea Mowry.  The Sweater is worked from the top down, is completely seamless, and has just a little bit of texture to make it fit into a more modern wardrobe. The sweater comes in 2 versions so simply adjust the length of the sleeves and the body  to fit your personal style!  This kit is for the cropped version which has elbow length sleeves and a cropped body length.  There are 3 colors included in the Cropped Version of So Faded.  Click for Classic Long Sleeve Version with extra length in the torso.  Also available in Pint-Sized Version for children (Coming Soon!)

Kit includes pattern (both the cropped version and full length version are included) and selected yarn. Kits with similar yarn requirements are combined for purchasing purposes only.  For yarn winding services, click here.  Because this pattern is so vibrant, Yarn Loop has selected the perfect color combinations over several different brands (Malabrigo, O-Wool, & Baah Yarn) to create the best fades.  Please rest assured that all are washable Merino Wool of the correct weight. Please wash all of your skeins prior to starting your project to prevent color bleeding in the finished garment.

ALTERNATE YARN: Sock by Malabrigo (100% Superwash Merino Wool; 100g/440yds): 1 (1, 1, 1) (1, 1, 1+1Mini, 1+1Mini) Skein in each Color A,  1 (1, 1, 1) (1, 2, 2, 2) Skeins in Color B, & 1 Skein Color C. Variegated kettle-dyed yarn from Uruguay with subtle to striking color shifts.  Silky soft merino wool in easy care superwash, too!

ALTERNATE YARN: O-Wash Fingering by O-Wool (100% Washable Organic Merino Wool; 100g/428 yds): 1 (1, 1, 1,) (1, 1, 2, 2) Skeins in Color A, 1 (1, 1, 1) (1, 2, 2, 2) Skeins in Color B, & 1 Skeins in Color C.   Solid colors dyed in the Northeastern USA.  GOTS certified gentle processes to prevent felting while retaining its original wooly character. The most environmentally friendly yarn.

NEEDLES: Size US 3 / 3.25mm & US 5 / 3.75mm 24" circular needle & Double Points in each size, or size needed to obtain gauge 
OTHER TOOLS: Stitch markers, tapestry needle, scissors, stitch holders or scrap yarn, and a row counter is recommended
GAUGE: 25 sts x 32 rows = 4” in Stockinette Stitch using larger needles
