A wristlet version of its larger cousin, this bag is just big enough to carry a wallet, a phone, some keys and lipstick. Pull the strap in one direction to open the bag, pull it the other way to close it. The bag is knit in the round from the bottom up in one piece, then felted in a washing machine. The I-cord straps are trimmed after felting, and the ends sewn together to form a single strap. A grommet is applied where the I-cord pulls through the purse. Please do not use superwash wool as this will not felt properly.
"I have found that many of my customers are accomplished knitters but are unsure of their felting skills. There are many little tips that can help with felting that are too varied or random to include in every pattern. [The monthly] newsletter will answer direct questions and offer some tips that will help you achieve the outcome you want. Thanks!" --Cindy
