Brisa is a soft and airy blend of fine merino wool, smooth cupro, and silk. Cupro is a plant-based fiber made from cotton linter, the soft, silky fibers that remain after cotton is processed, making this base more environmentally sustainable. Exceptionally lightweight, with a fluid drape and subtle sheen, Brisa creates delicate fabrics that feel soft against the skin and move beautifully. Its versatile Sport/DK weight makes it perfect for lightweight pieces to wear from spring through fall, as well as for layering and indoor wear.

The high twist, 3-ply yarn creates excellent stitch definition and reduces pilling in finished garments. The Cupro and Silk add drape and silkiness to the finished garment.

Sport / DK weight

Be sure to get enough yarn to complete your project since each bag is a different dye lot, and skeins may vary from bag to bag. In the highly variegated colors, the skeins may vary one from the other even within the same dye lot. To ensure random color distribution, work from two balls of yarn at once, alternating a few rows from each ball. Please swatch to make sure your pattern gauge is accurate. Always remember to wash your swatch and allow it to dry before measuring. Please treat your swatch as you would the finished garment.
